So Emmett's been involved in this longer than he knew, because of his parents. I'm wondering if necromancy will really work that well on bodies that have been decaying for 5 years 🤔 hmm but then again they were mages. That might make their corpses more compatible with the spell.

Really curious what it is that Arthur knows that Jack doesn't. Clearly it's something that could help resolve this mystery, but wouldn't help the Original-Arthur, since he won't say it. Maybe Arthur plans on using this info as a bargaining chip to recontrol his body??

I'm so glad you're still enjoying it!! 💕 I know I'm riding a fine line between romance, drama, and comedy, so things change a bit in tone from chapter to chapter, but I hope it eventually pays off! I do plan to bring everything together in the end~

I did originally have a cover that featured more of the characters (I think it's still up in the fan art section of the story description page?) But it ended up being way too busy when turned into a thumbnail 🤣 plus...I'm not that good at drawing guys, honestly.
