But family troubles and pressures are real 😔 and it sounds like mukuro hasn't had it easy. I don't think his mother's approach is wrong, but I don't think it's right either.

Good on him for showing his mom the YouTube/Twitch though. And, good on the mom for actually trying to understand it. Even if it's small steps, it's cool to see a story trying to bridge that generation gap!!

From a lady POV: I've watched anime that have done MUCH worse 🤣 so I took it as a funny moment, meant to be cute and not taken too seriously! I laughed! :D

To answer you more realistically: usually a girl would wear a bra if they knew a boy was visiting. Even without a mother figure, girls are trained (by their peers, by television, by books, by social interactions in general) to be more "aware" of themselves and their body, due to the risks. I was admonished by classmates and teachers if I tried to "walk home alone" or if I wore an outfit that was accidentally too revealing. It's safety training in a way, and it's something my brother (for instance) didn't get at all from his peers, but my sisters and I did. It's different from culture to culture of course! And I would imagine that Fantasia (without a mother figure and without a lot of friends who are girls) might not have gotten as much of it. Though I feel like Eleona would yell at her for this scene! 🤭 Hehe

I don't think you need to make backstories a major plot element if it doesn't fit the vibe you're going for in the story! Especially if you feel like it would veer the narrative off course! 🤣
Just something simple like having them exchange real names and talk about where they live, a few things like "I'm still with my parents but hoping to move soon" or "I've got siblings" are all you might need. Just something to briefly acknowledge their home life and then move on, basically to eliminate the issue of "they don't really know each other outside of gaming" (But you might already do this in a future chapter i haven't read yet! 🤣)
