Luna and Walden at least tag team together very well in battle!! Honestly right now, I like them more as...how do I put this? They make a really good team on the battlefield. They feel like co-workers almost 🤣 but okay, that makes it sound way too clinical. When they have a clear objective to reach, both of them work together well to achieve that goal.
But when they don't have a clear goal, it feels like they're both in totally different worlds still, especially with what they want romantically, and what they're looking for in future goals. But! I get the feeling that can change~
Right now, I'm hoping that by the end...Luna actually gives up on marrying Walden, because she realizes that to truly love him, she needs to let him live his life. But then, in doing so, maybe both of them realize their care for each other 💕 (Okay I'm jumping too far ahead here 🤣 plus, I mean, we have Papa Moon removing magic to worry about too!)
