Here's the 9-queen flex game from Chapter 65 between Okisato and Haruki. Obviously, a game like this probably wouldn't happen in serious play. If Okisato had indeed stalemated the game, he would have ultimately won the match due to the boxing. Speaking of Okisato, his rating didn't change at all following the tournament unlike Mimoko and Utami.
