The dialogue style I feel, does serve some of the more chaotic scenes where 5 or more people are talking, and imo prose or narration gets in the way. (Not trying to convince anyone here, just explaining my thought process out loud 🙂)
I promise it’s not just a gimmick I picked out on a whim!!!
