One thing that was obvious from the start of the story, and I think I have told you already, is that you really had fun writing. And it shows. This is the most important part.
The wacky ridiculous comedic co-workers of the main character, the intelligent coyote, the bizarre adventures with his robot girlfriend, you managed to make this feel very very normal in the world it is inhabiting. I honestly was sad when I realized I only had one more chapter to complete the story. I honestly thought I had like five more to go.
For an end the volume one, I think the story is in the very good spot with the romance starting to take center stage. Both characters want each other, and can't imagine living life without the other. Both characters became extremely cute towards the ending, and this I really enjoyed. I am definitely looking forward to reading more of volume 2.
