I love interludes like these. Ladies and gentlemen: we’ve got our antagonist! I knew there was sth fishy about him... now I know why.

So it seems the time reversal had some unwanted side effects. Nice twist with the resurrections. :3 But that means there are more people like that out there, doesn’t it? ...

Definitely a cool way to set the stakes for the next arc!

Oh and I also really like Lamashtu, she seems pretty... scarousing, if u know what I mean

Interesting. I guess that means you'll leave it up to the reader to decide whether what's happening is really God's doing, and you won't give us a definitive answer by the end of this story🤔

Te Deum Laudamus

Dude, did you study theology or sth? 👀 That was awesome. First the nice transition from the description of cathedral and saints to Ellie's thoughts, leading into that great conversation with the priest...

And then that final line about how it's not enough to do what we can, but that what really matters is doing what we *must*, was chef's kiss🤌

When she tried her luck with Lord Edmund tho, it soon became pretty obvious that the "please try again" card was about to be played xD

Oh Ellie... the more she stumbled over her words, the harder it became for me to keep reading...

Good thing she has unlimited attempts lmao

Silje really doesn't have it easy :/ Everyone treats her as the "Guardian" with awe and gratitude, but you get the feeling that whenever she actually tries to take responsibility and live up to that role almost everyone seems to be against it (its too dangerous, bla bla..) Or do they only want her as a symbol?

It was rlly nice to see her stand her ground this time tho and go through with the healing, even tho it failed in the end...

Btw I really like how the Worms invade her mind. They remind me a little of the Reapers from Mass Effect. Great chapter

Yep, Haku is definitely the stronger fighter, but Pan has those "street smarts" and always comes up with practical solutions! Glad you liked it

That's actually a hell of an idea! Martial-arts kinda fighter with different knuckles for each enemy type. I might lean more into that! Thanks, man!

Chapter:6

If the bugs are really more intelligent than they first seem, I wonder what kind of intelligence we're dealing with here...
Is it some kind of hive mind? Or is there... some kind of brain bug?
Anyway, it was so cuuute how the pups nibbled on their sweetbread and then excitedly told their story

I like how they slowly build up to the rescue

Also, very nice idea to have the floating prison floor being held up by remnants of ancient magical architecture. I'm always a fan of worldbuilding that's naturally woven into the plot and dialogue, it makes the whole world feel much more organic :3

On the Scablands! Beep-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop...
...Sorry, I couldn't resist xD

Another nice chapter. I hope we get a vineyard chapter at some point, consisting entirely of Tecca dragging Brochwel there and trying to turn him into a vine person

Brochwel the Usurper

Chapter:13

Aug 16, 2026

The sound you may have heard was the collective sigh of relief from all your readers when they learned the pups were safe! xD

And our boy Elian putting the "heroic" in "heroic fantasy" by bravely refusing to listen to the voices in his head was pretty lit as well 🔥

It seems his power has evolved to the next stage !

I have a feeling they're underestimating the Council. Silje seems to have similar misgivings... but maybe she can come up with sth completely different or at least sth less risky?
