Wow, that was one hell of a ride, but a Happy Ending after all! I really liked this novel (even though I had to pause reading to catch the deadline of the contest ... and rest a bit afterwards 😅). It is absolutely not a classical Romance, but I think that is the best part. You created a special world and showed that love could not be restricted and that a Ai can control the uncontrollability of humanity only to a very limited extent.
I really liked the portrayal of Ai and how she acted like a real computer would (not like some other programs that suddenly wreak havoc). She only had "good" intentions in the way that she only fulfilled the task entrusted to her. But still she didn't see the way she could harm humanity. All characters and even the conflicting ones (Sylvia) were reasonable up to lovable and had a clear goal and reasoning behind.
I really liked the different setting for this love story that felt fresh and unused - I think it is the greatest strength that leverages everything else to a new level! 😍
Would you like to receive a more thorough critique/feedback of my subjective opinion about things that you might improve (in specific about this story + in general about writing)? Then I'll write you down a few points I noted while reading. If not that is totally fine as well.
I wish you lots of success for the contest! 😊
