We get the aftermath of the hospital visit in this chapter, and isekai is heavily implied š I did like the backstory portion, it was sweet.

āDistressed Ikemen Poseā I love it š and I also quite enjoy how you introduce each character, and the natural sounding dialogue. In my head I picture time freezing and their name popping up on the screen like in an anime. How long can Naruse keep his Otaku secret? Iām interested to find out.
