So far everything that has been introduced has been in an understandable, slow-sink pace and I think that's okay, given everything that is going on. It's better for things to be let sink into the readers and in this case Hiroshi as well since we are learning alongside him.
The discussion they had at the beginning though, does help grow up the tension between the organization's opinion towards Hiroshi and I don't blame them at all given his record. There was also character growth for Hiroshi at the end, kind of quick though for him to worry about others due to being mostly solo his whole life, but there was nonetheless!
