Also one more thing, if you want to add even more realism, Shinjuku Gyoen is a big park in Shinjuku that answers to your description of Hanaka park. The only thing is that it’s fenced in because you have to pay an entrance fee, but I suppose the paranormal police force and the yakuza have their ways of getting in and out XD

Just wanted to note one thing; shoes inside a room, let alone a hotel room or bed, are simply unheard of in Japan. I suppose he may not care cause he’s a thug, but it sounds like Yukihiro is classier than that! I like his character a lot.

Also Inuko is cute! Ok, back to reading!

Aaahhhh!!! I was so excited about a new chapter and it was so good!! Love the more detailed explanation and your world-building, I’m obsessed. Also Rei looking like the typical Tokyo ikemen made me chuckle.

I actually use a fairly similar concept about yokai in my story, but I love how you connected it to the idol and music industry!

I would love it if you checked out my story too in due time :) it takes place during the Edo period, so it’s more of a historical urban fantasy ^^

I would suggest a taxi ride, though traffic is awful in Tokyo. If she’s lucky a taxi would get her there in 20 minutes, while a train or metro ride needs a transfer and at least 30 minutes! Entering the dome would take time too…

Sorry, I live here and also I used to be a concert reporter. So this was the only detail that broke my immersion as the rest felt very accurate! Keep it up!
