This is such a sweet, delicate opening. Is Ewan’s kind some type of being from Celtic folklore? Or did you imagine his kind? Whichever it is, I love it! I thought he was either an incubus or a Japanese variety that feeds on dreams, called muma 🥰 but I loooove the whole setting around the loch. Before my whole obsession with Japan began I had my Wiccan Goth/Pagan/celtic phase and I’m slowly circling back to it XD

They are not necessarily evil though! They appear in stories as proud forest guardians and they may have beef with rude travelers or sometimes prank people, but they are also known for training warriors in martial art!
