Hey all, if the passage about Robolina's robe seemed to come out of nowhere for you, that's because I previously posted the wrong draft of chapter 9. During the scene where it reveals everyone's running outfits on the second day, it was missing the following paragraph:

Robolina took the cake though. Her deep blue robe with white trim could hardly be called a robe at all. It was more like two strips of cloth that left her arms and legs completely exposed. I suppose it would allow her to absorb more mana during a race, but it bordered on indecent.

Thank you, fixed.

Over the past few months, my hands have become less steady. Just one more thing about getting older. My hands shake a bit when I type now, and I sometimes press a key twice because of it. Usually, that's no problem, because the spellchecker flags it immediately. But "of" and "off" are both valid words, so I missed it.

Anyway, there's something to look forward to when you reach my age.

I kinda don't blame them. They studied their asses off to get into the school, sacrificed their social lives to attend cram school, and had their days off stolen by secret magic tutoring.
