I'm gonna be honest. Throughout most of this chapter, I was torn between clicking the laughing like button and the crying like button. Then I got to the end and the Family Guy reference made it clear which decision I should take.

I enjoy that a lot more too. When I was developing this idea, that was the original intention. She's not really a witch, but people think she is because she can do things with modern knowledge. But in some of my drafts, I played with the idea of allowing her to cast minor spells. Like, what could she accomplish with modern knowledge if she could shoot a fireball or summon wind? Ultimately, I decided to keep the original premise.

Admittedly, I was inspired by reading Ascendance of a Bookworm, in which the MC's common sense from Earth conflicts with the common senses of the people in the isekai world. I wanted to explore that more from the opposite direction, even though I know it will be a bit of a challenge to convey this world's common sense to the reader.
