Gotta say, for how short his appearance has been, Lucio is by far your strongest character writing-wise. The pace of his reveal was still a bit too fast, but pretty much everything else is near perfection (or maybe this is just me biased towards manipulating-type characters). And to top it off, his motives actually *feels* right, rather than him just being a mad scientist, and his way of doing things before the Dustin experiment actually still had some form of decency left within (since he’s only been doing experiments on corpses instead of living people before Dustin)
