Author's Commentary #433:
Time to talk about Chapter 433: Hemorrhoid cancellation.
When I first created Francie, she was originally meant to be female Filthy Frank. Now, she's morphing into female Idubbbztv. And thus, Francie's only going to sink lower from here, but first let's talk about all the new characters.

Kalsoom is a homage to Pakistani chess player, Sehba Shah, a 60 year old woman who overcame a severe physical handicap to become Pakistan Women's Champion and represent the country at the 45th Chess Olympiad in Budapest. I was originally going to include Kalsoom in the story as just a single participant from her country before deciding to give Pakistan a full women's team.
ヒラ・ミール (Hira Mir) is how Hira's name would be written in katakana. حرا میر (Hira Mir) is how her name would be written in Urdu.

Her favorite piece is the rook.
ウズマ・オカリ (Uzma Okari) is how Uzma's name would be spelled in katakana. عظمیٰ اوکاڑی (Uzma Okari) is how it would be spelled in Urdu.

サイマ・バックス (Saima Bux) is how Saima's name would be spelled in katakana. صائمابکس (Saima Bux) is how her name would be spelled in Urdu.
(If I made any mistakes with the translations, feel free to correct me).
Her birthday is September 9th, which is International Beauty Day.
Her favorite piece is the queen.
Saima is a half-Finnish half-Pakistani beauty vlogger. She was born in Finland, but grew up in Pakistan.
When there's so many new characters I have to do bios on, I tend to procrastinate doing the commentaries. But the good news is that in terms of the women's teams, there's just 3 teams left that have yet to have all 5 of their members get bios. And after that, I won't need to worry about doing them anymore for these characters when they appear in later arcs of the series.
That's all for this commentary. I hope you enjoyed it.
