Author's Commentary #834:
Time to talk about Chapter 834: Spotlight #48: Oksana.
In what could be considered a part 3 to the Alya and Anastasia saga, we have Oksana. This one was actually the first of the three to be written though. As such, I felt this needed to be posted after Anastasia and Alya's, or at the very least, Anastasia's, as it does directly reference her.
As for Oksana herself, she's always been a prankster of a character, and even met Anastasia before she studied abroad. The two might've formed a duo had Anastasia decided not to study abroad, which naturally, could've led to Anastasia sticking with pranks full-time as even though the war would still break out, Oksana as a fellow Ukrainian would naturally denounce it just like she would, leading to Anastasia avoiding all the emotions she felt when Alya botched it.
Getting back to Oksana, she's a grandmaster and one of Ukraine's top female players, with her older sister, Mira being her greatest rival. That being said, she does have a good win-rate against her, as thanks to the two often training together for tournaments, she has her number more so than Mira has hers.
