Leona has her own fullsauce equivalent, known as Wasabivault.
Rina's already beloved by their audience due to her cuteness and vocabulary.😆
The sushi game is actually a reference to an obscure Ninteno game known as Sushi Strikers the way of Sushido. Considering there is a wasabi mechanic in the game, as well as a character that smears tons of wasabi on his sushi, I needed to reference this game before the story ended.

Believe it or not, some of the original ideas I had for the story weren't as lighthearted. Leona's confrontation with her parents was originally going to be much more dramatic, however, I decided that this work needed to be as lighthearted and wholesome as possible and drastically overhauled that plot point. I even planed to introduce an antagonistic character, but that would have drastically altered the tone too much, so I decided to scrap that idea. In the end, I'm very glad I decided to keep the story lighthearted and wholesome.
