Noticing improvement with the dialogue tags' variety so props for that. Still not a fan of them being separated by paragraph though. On that note, I'd also recommend trying to break up the paragraphs as most of them are really chunky.

Author's Commentary #581:

Time to talk about Chapter 581: The WWCF executive board.
Finally get to see these guys in action after they were first mentioned nearly 500 chapters ago. I originally didn't plan for them to have so many secretive elements though.

Originally, they were just going to meet in a normal board room, no creepy robes, and pretty much act like a typical board. The secrecy was a good play though, as now I don't need to create a bunch of new characters. One thing I'll mention is that Raymond technically can break the tie via his authority as WWCF president, however, he always refuses to do so. And if the result is a draw, the measure either gets tabled, revoted on, or handed back down to the normal board.

Finally, it looks like Mimoko and Iori will finally have a serious match against each other. Whether it will be unspoiled or not all depends on what Emmie does in her broadcast.
